Get on the Job Site and Compile an Estimate
I come out to your property, walk the job, take measurements, and get a clear picture of what needs to be done. That way the estimate I give you is accurate, not a guess.
Confirm Estimate, Collect Deposit and Inform Client of Project Details
Once you sign off, I collect the deposit and hand you a clear project schedule. You'll know the timeline, what's happening at each stage, and who to reach if anything comes up.
Do The Work
I run the job directly, coordinating all vendors and subs as needed. I stay on top of quality the whole way through and keep you in the loop so there are no surprises.
Final Inspection and Completion
When the work is done, I walk through everything with you to make sure it's right. You get all documentation and warranties, and I'm still reachable after the job is closed.
